I'm sorry to say but that thing in the water looks fake. It was stationary in the water a lot of times. I'm a huge paranormal nerd when it comes to the unexplained but this Mekong river monster isn't very believable, imo.
Actually, I did not say what I think it was, so I can't look again to see what it is. I think that it is interesting and it caused quite a commotion with the indigenous residents, so it points to something that they have not or rarely see. It does look like a fish in shallow water, but 1) It is in the middle and moves about quite a bit. With the current that rapid, it does not seem to be shallow water. 2) Exactly what kind of fish is it?
It doesn't look like two ducks but at certain angles it resembles 2 fish facing one another though the amount of time spent out of water Might dispel the idea Pigg two fish. Furthermore the villagers who love along the river and are probably familiar with the aquatic life in the region seem perplexed by what they're witnessing.
I think is a shadow fish like what all Thailand had said.. If you want to know more about what lurking in the Mekong River.. You gotta feel free to ask me.. I know everything about it.. At first and seconds .. I didn't believe it at all.. Until i see it with my own 2 eyes.. What i saw was a horse head like with a spikey fin on top of its head.. And the face when you look at it again.., it looks just like a Iguana with big Crystal red eyes.. And i got freak out!!! When i went to Laos to Don Det for a good 3 weeks vacation.. mAN THE BODY WAS LIKE SPARKS... And its shines in like a rainbow color that's make you feel weak.. Good thing he led on and swim away.. I was there to swim.. If any of you see what i saw, you guys will be frighten.. Even i am a Normal White guy thats lived in Los Angeles, Ca. Please feel free to ask me.. If i ever get that capture in my Go Pro camera or any snap shot camera.. I'll show it to you guys. But thanks for sharing.. Love the site!! P.S. But i know who have the Naka horn.. Thats what the villager tells me.. They called it Phaya Nak!

Look at it again. it looks like a fish stuck in shallow water. At first I t5hought it was 2 fish or 2 ducks, just because the film seems stretched.
